Let me take you through a journey of peace in planning and making your day one to remember as opposed to one you stress out about along the way.
Providing you with 3 packages that will give you an outline of what I offer. All packages can be customized if further assistance is needed or extra days are needed due to additional event days.
Our Packages

Silver
Month of Co-ordination
​
-Monthly check in throughout the planning process
-Discuss all your contracts and previous planning details to ensure a smooth day
-Meet in person to discuss and Create your Day of agenda
-Attend final venue meeting
-Create a detailed schedule and itinerary that all of the day-of vendors follow
-A wedding coordinator present on your wedding day 10 hrs
-Confirm all vendors the week of the wedding and coordinate all final details
-Arrange at Set up and tear down times with vendors
-Main contact for all vendors the day of and prior to regarding details for event.
-Set up all personal items for ceremony, cocktail hour, reception items and materials
-Welcome guests as they arrive
-Direct reception events and formalities
-Ensure the event runs smoothly between meals, dances, speeches, performances
-Ensure vendors are ready for any moments on hand
-|Pack up gifts, photos, sign-in book, etc.
-Attend rehearsal at additional cost $100.
-Additional assistant available for an additional cost.

Partial Planning
-Partial wedding planning, by assisting you through your journey
-Consulting and management
-Assistance finalizing wedding design
-Theme and décor concept development
-Budget review and importance of vendors at the event.
-Unlimited calls, emails, advice and guidance throughout the entire planning process
-3 vendor requests per month
-Provide vendor referrals if needed
-Attend venue and 2 vendor meetings
-Confirm all vendor contracts
-rehearsal included
(outside GTA additional cost)
All day of event services included in the **month of coordination package**

Full Planning

-Unlimited calls, emails, advice, and guidance throughout the entire planning process
-Consult and management throughout your planning process
-Budget development and management
-Provide referrals for vendors
-Provide a list of vendors with budget in mind
-Contact Vendors for quotes
-Review, negotiate and confirm venue and vendor contracts
-Schedule and attend vendor meetings (4)
-Assistance arranging all transportation needs
-Arrange room blocks for out of town guests
-Attend Rehearsal
-Create ceremony and reception floor plan ideas with client
-Create wedding day Itinerary
